When you come in, we shall need you to bring along up to date photo ID, such as a driver’s licence or passport; a current utility bill, so that we can confirm your up to date address on our system, and finally please bring along proof of your PPS number. This can be found on your payslips, social welfare slips and correspondence from Revenue.
Members are always welcome to walk in and speak with a Loans Officer, an appointment isn’t strictly necessary, but of course if you have a particular time you’d like to come in, we suggest you call ahead to ensure that time is set aside for you. Our lending team are available six full days a week, between 9.30am - 4pm.
For loans covered by your shares, a quick & simple check will need to be carried out with the Irish Credit Bureau as part of the application process. This check will only take a short time, so you can be assured that the whole process is as quick & personal as ever.
