Membership Requirements

We would require 3 pieces of documentation to open your membership please see the acceptable list below :

Evidence of Identification

One of the following original documents :

• Current Valid Passport
• Current Valid Driving Licence with Photograph

Evidence of Address Verification

One recent (i.e. within three months) original document addressed to the applicant at the address stated on the application for membership form. For instance:

• Utility Bill (i.e. gas, electric or telephone, mobile or land line)
• Bank or Mortgage Statement
• Documentation from a Government Department (i.e. Document from Revenue Service, Social Insurance or Corporation/ Council Document)
• Household/Motor insurance Document

Evidence of P.P.S. Number

One of the following:

• P.P.S. Card
• Pay Slip or Tax/Social Welfare Documentation with P.P.S. number on it

Membership Requirements for Persons Under 16

As above. Where above not available in child’s name these will be required in a parents name together with the child’s birth certificate.
